| You will receive an email or phone call from the GK1mB team confirming receipt of your initiative.
A project number will be assigned to your idea for use to track it through evaluation, approval and implementation.

| Below are some guidelines to keep in mind as you develop ideas into projects and events for Gawad Kalinga:
|
- Our mission is involvement in the lives of the poor and in nation building and, as such, GK advocacy is a critical and indispensable part of every project and event;
- All efforts to raise resources for GK must be entirely not for profit i.e. all net proceeds after reasonable expenses are deducted go to GK ANCOP;
- In exceptional cases were GK ANCOP is not the sole beneficiary, the distribution of proceeds must be agreed upon by all beneficiaries beforehand;
- Submission of projected revenues and expenses is a prerequisite to obtaining approval and support at the national and regional levels;
- Project or event leadership agrees to turn over proceeds within an agreed upon period of time; and
- Use of the GK and ANCOP names, logos and materials require prior approval of GK ANCOP USA.

| Upon receipt of approval for your initiative, you obtain the full support and resources of ANCOP USA, including its throng of GK 1mB volunteers throughout the country.
