Process
ANCOP USA treats the Child Sponsorship Program with urgency and expediency knowing the number of children waiting to be sponsored. The process is simple, straightforward and efficient and here's how it works:
STEP 1. Submit your sponsorship form by mailing it together with the mode of payment that you have chosen:
- Pre-authorized payment - please send a voided cheque to ANCOP at 1292B Stuyvesant Ave., Union NJ 07083
- Credit card payment - please use our online donation (Click Here)
- Post-dated cheques - please make cheque payable to ANCOP Foundation (USA) Inc. and mail it to ANCOP at 1292B Stuyvesant Ave., Union NJ 07083

HERE to download the sponsorship form. All donations made to ANCOP are tax-deductible and eligible to receive a tax receipt mailed to you no later than the end of February of the next year.)
STEP 2. After we process your sponsorship and your first payment has cleared, you, as a sponsor, will receive the following from ANCOP USA:
- Child's profile with recent photo and personal information
- Thank You letter from your sponsored child
- Thank You letter from ANCOP's president
- Q and A about the sponsorship
- Newsletters, as they become available
Cost of Sponsorship
Sponsoring a child from the pre-elementary to the high school levels cost only $32.00 per month or $384.00 per year. For college, the cost is $64.00 per month or $768.00 per year. Your sponsorship will provide the child with opportunities and services, such as:
- Access to education covering tuition fee, uniforms, books, shoes, P.E. (physical education) uniforms and school supplies
- Health treatment and training that includes annual physical examinations, dental care and preventive health care strategies
- Socio-emotional development activities that include opportunities to learn basic social skills, grow emotionally mature, become a team player and participate in group activities such as fieldtrips, excursions, art, drama and dance
- Values Formation Program that is Christian and faith based
After each school year, a sponsor will receive an Annual Progress Report (APR) sent within 3 to 4 months after the end of the school year, which is April in the Philippines. This will update you on how your sponsorship has become a blessing to your sponsored child. Also, every Christmas, you will receive a Christmas greeting card with a recent picture of your sponsored child.
